1. Service Description

MiyagiTrades provides Discord-based automation and informational tools, including but not limited to:

• EconBot
• Doji Scanner
• Futures Calculator
• Related automation, notification, and analytical services

EconBot

The EconBot delivers automated market calendar information inside Discord servers, including:

• Weekly economic event summaries
• Earnings calendars
• Sector-filtered earnings views
• Options expiration (OPEX) information
• Futures rollover / expiration data
• Interactive informational responses
• Daily informational commands
• Administrative configuration tools
• Service notifications

The bot aggregates publicly available data sources for informational purposes only.

Doji Scanner

The Doji Scanner is an automated market-monitoring tool designed to identify predefined candlestick structures interacting with the Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP).

Scanner outputs may include:

• Candlestick pattern identification (including Doji and Spinning Top structures)
• VWAP interaction conditions
• Directional context or bias labeling
• Risk classification categories
• Market condition assessments (e.g., trending, ranging, choppy)
• Stop reference calculations
• System-generated alerts and summaries

Scanner outputs are derived from rule-based pattern detection logic and market data processing.

Futures Calculator

The Futures Calculator provides on-demand calculation tools for futures traders inside Discord servers, including:

• Profit / loss calculations
• Liquidation price estimation
• Position sizing based on account risk parameters
• Risk / reward analysis
• Funding cost estimation for crypto perpetual futures
• Saved user presets and server-wide preset packs
• Anonymous aggregate usage analytics (Elite tier)
• Mentor review workflow for anonymous calculation submissions
• Administrative governance controls (guardrails)

All calculation results are ephemeral — visible only to the requesting user. No trade execution occurs through this Service.

2. No Financial Advice / No Reliance

All Services are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes.

MiyagiTrades LLC is not a financial advisor, broker, investment advisor, or fiduciary.

The Services:

• Do not provide trading advice
• Do not provide investment recommendations
• Do not guarantee outcomes or profitability
• Do not constitute signals to buy or sell securities or derivatives
• Should not be relied upon for financial decisions

Users remain solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions.

3. Signal Interpretation & Risk Acknowledgment

Scanner alerts, directional labels, risk classifications, and market condition assessments are analytical outputs, not instructions or guarantees.

Users acknowledge:

• Market behavior is inherently uncertain
• Pattern recognition does not predict outcomes
• All trades involve risk of loss
• Alerts may fail, reverse, or produce no follow-through
• Provider is not responsible for trading results

Use of Services constitutes acceptance of these risks.

4. Data Sources & Accuracy

Services rely on third-party and publicly available data.

Provider does not guarantee:

• Data accuracy
• Data completeness
• Real-time updates
• Error-free operation

Delays, omissions, or inaccuracies may occur.

Users acknowledge that financial and market data is subject to revision and change.

5. Service Availability

Services are provided on an "as available" basis.

Provider does not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime
• Uninterrupted operation
• Instant alert delivery

Interruptions may occur due to:

• Discord outages
• API failures
• Hosting issues
• Maintenance events
• Network disruptions

Temporary downtime does not constitute service failure.

6. Maintenance & Updates

Provider may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, including:

• System updates
• Feature improvements
• Bug fixes
• Infrastructure changes

Where reasonably possible, Provider will issue advance notice.

7. Subscription & Billing

Access to Services is provided on a subscription basis via Stripe or other supported billing systems.

Subscription grants:

• Limited, revocable license to access Services
• No ownership rights

Provider reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Payment Failure & Suspension

Failure to maintain valid payment status may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

Access may be disabled upon:

• Failed payment
• Subscription cancellation
• Chargeback or dispute
• Fraud indicators

Restoration of service is at Provider's discretion.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and hosted nature of Services:

• Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins
• Partial refunds are not provided
• Dissatisfaction does not constitute refund eligibility
• Downtime does not trigger refunds

Users may cancel future billing cycles at any time.

10. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Abuse or overload Services
• Reverse engineer systems
• Resell or redistribute access
• Interfere with bot operation
• Use Services for unlawful purposes

Provider may suspend access for misuse.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provider shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses
• Trading outcomes
• Signal interpretation
• Data inaccuracies
• Missed alerts or events
• Indirect or consequential damages

Provider's total liability shall not exceed the most recent subscription fees paid.

12. Intellectual Property

All Services, bots, systems, algorithms, and content remain the exclusive property of MiyagiTrades LLC. No rights are granted except limited usage under subscription.

13. Termination

Provider may suspend or terminate access at its discretion for:

• Payment issues
• Violations of Terms
• Abuse or misuse

Users may terminate subscriptions prospectively.

14. Modifications to Terms

Provider may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
