4. Discord & Bot Interaction Data

When interacting with MiyagiTrades bots:

  • Some responses may be ephemeral (visible only to the user)
  • Server configuration data may be stored to enable features
  • Usage events may be logged for diagnostics and stability

Bot interaction data is used exclusively for requested functionality.

Futures Calculator — Specific Data Practices

  • Calculation inputs and results are ephemeral and never stored. Only the requesting user sees the output.
  • Saved presets (Pro/Elite) store user-provided calculator inputs associated with a Discord user ID. These may be deleted at any time via the bot.
  • Anonymous usage logs (Elite servers) record which calculator type was used and when, linked to a server ID only — no user ID is stored.
  • Review submissions (Elite) temporarily associate a submission with a Discord user ID solely to enable mentor reply delivery via DM. This association is not exposed to mentors or other members.
  • Server Preset Packs store admin-defined presets linked to a server ID, with no individual user data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent user information.

Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary:

  • Payment processors
  • Infrastructure / hosting providers
  • Security or fraud prevention services
  • Legal compliance obligations

6. Data Retention

We retain only data reasonably required for:

  • Active subscriptions
